Technical Leader. Policy Advocate. Equity-Driven Innovator.
I’m a senior technical engineering leader and equity advocate with nearly three decades of experience spanning public health research, software engineering, and advocacy for marginalized communities. I combine deep technical knowledge with a heart for people, and I’ve built career leading teams, created scalable infrastructure, and drove institutional change—from the server room to the state legislature.

Advocacy & Policy: Co-chaired the Johns Hopkins Trans Awareness Task Force and publish public-facing policy commentary on AdvocacyPaige.org.
Public Engagement: Speaker, op-ed writer, and collaborator with advocacy organizations like ACLU NC and Planned Parenthood Votes South Atlantic.
