Hi, I’m Paige Julianne Sullivan.

I am a principal-level software architect, serial entrepreneur, and the Founder and CTO of Topology.Cloud. Based in North Carolina, my career spans over three decades, evolving from low-level embedded hardware engineering into advanced cloud-native orchestration and artificial intelligence integration.

Currently, I am the principal architect behind HomeRunbook, a platform designed to solve a massive documentation deficit in the residential construction market. HomeRunbook provides “Residential Infrastructure Intelligence” by generating a living digital twin of a home’s interconnected trade systems. To power this, I leverage a proprietary stack built on Go microservices, React, and WebAssembly. I am also deeply engaged in open-source development, having authored PicoORM, a secure and ultra-lightweight database framework for PHP.

Before transitioning full-time to my current startup ventures, I specialized in highly regulated clinical data infrastructure. I served as the Programmer Analyst and sole technical lead for Johns Hopkins University’s METRC consortium, managing secure, HIPAA-compliant systems that supported over 150,000 clinical research participants nationwide. My background also includes complex cloud deployment and modernization roles at organizations like Target RWE and IBM.

Beyond my technical work, I am a proud transgender woman, a theological thinker, and a fierce advocate for my community. In 2026, I authored “A Divine Reflection,” a comprehensive liturgy for the Transgender Day of Remembrance. Through historical contextualization and rigorous biblical exegesis, I write to challenge systemic discrimination and call for radical, transformative allyship in both the church and the wider world.

Whether I am utilizing LLMs as high-speed pair-programmers, mapping complex digital topologies, or writing about the intersection of faith and identity, my goal is always to build resilient systems that solve complex problems and connect us more deeply.
